As corporations have seen no reduction in productivity with this model. On the other hand, these corporations are getting an edge as they would be able to keep productivity constant while they would be cutting costs. In terms of resources and real estate.

As no more large buildings would be required to operate big companies when most of the work would be done via Hybrid model i.e Work From Home.
